– Initiating a Return:

We inform you that the customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.
In the case of a return due to dissatisfaction, the customer must send the item properly packaged, in impeccable condition, unopened, and without any signs of use to our facilities, attaching the purchase invoice as well as a description of the reason for the return. The product must not be sent only in its original packaging; it must be placed inside a protective box to avoid damage during transport. The shipping cost to our address is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will proceed with the refund if everything is in order. Alternatively, the customer may choose store credit to be used on future purchases or request an exchange for another product.
For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of unsealed products or products that can be easily tampered with are not accepted.
